1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Gray Matters Brasil website at https://brasilia.trainingsolutionsusa.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Gray Matters Brasil offers an SMS messaging program that sends two types of messages to clients who opt in:
Appointment-related (transactional) messages:
These include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, pre-visit preparation instructions, and general office announcements.
Examples of transactional messages include:
"Gray Matters Brasil: Reminder — your neurofeedback session is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 10:00 AM. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Gray Matters Brasil: Your appointment on Thursday, April 24 has been rescheduled to Friday, April 25 at 2:00 PM. Call +55 61 3686-0655 with questions. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Gray Matters Brasil: Your biofeedback consultation is confirmed for Monday, May 5 at 9:30 AM at our Brasília office. Please complete your intake forms before arriving. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Gray Matters Brasil: Our office will be closed on Friday, May 16 for a staff training day. If you have an appointment scheduled, please call +55 61 3686-0655 to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out."
Promotional messages: These include special offers, service updates, brain health tips, and information about new services or programs.
Examples of promotional messages include:
"Gray Matters Brasil: This month, enjoy a complimentary initial consultation when you refer a friend. Call +55 61 3686-0655 to learn more. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Gray Matters Brasil: Start your brain health journey! Book a neurofeedback consultation this month and receive a free assessment. Visit brasilia.neurofeedbacksolutionsusa.com or call +55 61 3686-0655. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Gray Matters Brasil: Did you know? Neurofeedback training can support better sleep and focus. Learn about our programs at brasilia.neurofeedbacksolutionsusa.com or call +55 61 3686-0655. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Gray Matters Brasil: New service alert — ask us about our biofeedback sessions for stress management and peak performance. Call +55 61 3686-0655 to schedule your introductory consultation. Reply STOP to opt out."
By opting in to the Gray Matters Brasil SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Gray Matters Brasil at the phone number you provide. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at https://brasilia.trainingsolutionsusa.com/contact-us, completing an intake form that includes SMS consent, or verbally requesting text message communications. The booking form includes separate, unchecked-by-default consent checkboxes for appointment-related messages and promotional messages. You may opt in to either or both types independently.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or +55 61 3686-0655.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and the types of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or receiving services from Gray Matters Brasil.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Booking a consultation through our website or by phone constitutes a request for services and does not guarantee appointment availability. Gray Matters Brasil reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to provider availability, emergencies, or other circumstances.
